Cancellation Policy

In the event that we have to cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions we will make every effort to rebook you on another session. If we are unable to accommodate a day and time that suits you, we will offer a full refund. If you no longer want to attend your alpaca experience booking and wish to cancel all Cancellations must be requested in writing to sheriffalpaca@gmail.com our cancellation policy: - Made more than 14 days before the session can be rescheduled or refunded. - 7-14 days before the session can be reschedule a maximum of 1 time per booking, no refunds will be given. - Less than 7 days before the session CAN'T be rescheduled or refunded. This is to allow us time to readvertise the availability. If you need to contact us on the day of your booking e.g if you are running late our contact number is 07395102253. (please note this number is only contactable on day of experiences all other enquires please email us) On Aarival if the gates are closed to the carpark please wait just outside for a member of staff to open these.
