Adult Handlers course (16+)

Service Description

This 2 hour course is for students age 16 and above. The course runs for 2 hours and gives students the chance to learn all about alpacas and their fleeces, understand proper welfare and learn how to properly handle, harness and walk an alpaca. Students will receive a certificate on completion of the course.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that we have to cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient numbers (minimum of 2 alpacas) we will make every effort to rebook you on another session. If we are unable to accommodate a day and time that suits you, we will offer a full refund. If you no longer want to attend your alpaca experience booking and wish to cancel without rebooking to an alternative date, we will offer a refund if the cancellation is requested 7 or more days before the booking, to allow us time to readvertise the availbility. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. (please note this number is only contactable on day of experiences all other enquires please email us) On Arrival if the gates are closed to the carpark please wait just outside for a member of staff to open these.
