Alpaca-Deer Walk

Service Description

Get into the festive spirit and enjoy the surroundings of Goodness Farm while spending time with our alpaca-deers. During our walks, our guide will teach you about the Sheriffs, and show you how to handle them as you enjoy a stroll around the tranquil grounds of Goodness Farm. All while learning some amazing facts about alpacas! after your walk why not warm up with a hot drink and take a look in the shop, full of 100% alpaca goodies which are perfect for gifts! Bringing children? For every child under 14 years old, there must be an full paying adult to walk/share an alpaca with (not a spectator). To make sure the alpacas have the space they need during the walk, Maximum 1 child per adult please. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your walk to allow plenty of time. We start promptly at the time of your booking slot.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that we have to cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions or insufficient numbers (minimum of 2 alpacas) we will make every effort to rebook you on another session. If we are unable to accommodate a day and time that suits you, we will offer a full refund. If you no longer want to attend your alpaca experience booking and wish to cancel without rebooking to an alternative date, we will offer a refund if the cancellation is requested 7 or more days before the booking, to allow us time to readvertise the availbility. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. (please note this number is only contactable on day of experiences all other enquires please email us) On Arrival if the gates are closed to the carpark please wait just outside for a member of staff to open these.
