Meet & Greet Session with Hot Drink, Soup, Mini sweet treat
Service Description
Come and meet some of our baby alpacas (Cria) whilst having the opportunity to get up close to them and feed them and their mums all whilst learning lots of fascinating facts about these amazing animals. After the meet and greet session you can come relax in our picnic area/polytunnel to warm up with some homemade organic winter warmers whilst been able to sit back and watch the Cria causing mischief. Winter warmers includes: homemade soup of the day made from freshly picked organic veg grown here at goodness farm, a mini sweet treat and a drink (Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate or Orange/Blackcurrent Squash) PLEASE NOTE ALL FOOD ALLERGIES/INTOLORENCES MUST BE NOTIFIED TO US AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (We are sorry but we are unable to make any changes on the day of the session)

Cancellation Policy
In the event that we have to cancel a session due to adverse weather conditions we will make every effort to rebook you on another session. If we are unable to accommodate a day and time that suits you, we will offer a full refund. If you no longer want to attend your alpaca experience booking and wish to cancel without rebooking to an alternative date, we will offer a refund if the cancellation is requested 7 or more days before the booking, to allow us time to readvertise the availbility. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. Cancellations must be requested in writing to sheriffalpaca@gmail.com All allergies and intolerances must be notified to us at the time of booking as unfortunately we are unable to make any chances on the day of the session All children under the age of 16 must be supervised by a full paying adult.
